If you engage us for work, we may also collect the information needed to invoice you and process payments.

We collect personal information directly from you when you submit the Request a Quote form on our website, call or email us, or when we carry out work for you.

We may also receive information from builders or others who arrange work on your behalf.

We use personal information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, schedule and carry out work, issue invoices and certificates, manage payments, provide warranty support and keep records required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Our website uses Google Analytics and Framer’s website analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed. Google Analytics uses cookies. This information is used to improve the website and does not identify you by name.
